Lessee

The person or business that leases an asset. The lessee makes regular payments for the right to use the asset during the lease term. Example: When Wanjiku signs a 2-year lease for a Toyota Hilux from NCBA Leasing, she is the lessee. She drives the vehicle daily for her delivery business and pays KES 45,000 monthly, but NCBA retains ownership.
